Sunset Decatur is a ±193,300-square-foot mixed-use flex and distribution project in Las Vegas built by Forte, designed to support office, showroom, warehouse, manufacturing, and assembly uses. Located near Sunset Road and Decatur Boulevard with immediate access to I-215, the project includes twelve structures, up to fifteen industrial units, dock and grade-level loading, and ±24-foot to ±32-foot clear heights.
